Employees are workers who provide a service, usually in the form of energy or thoughts and get wages based on an agreement that has been mutually agreed upon. The purpose this study is selection best employees for promotion salary increases which were previously subjectivity to objectivity. For reason, it necessary have decision support system evaluating employee performance using Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. This method was chosen because able complete appraisals criteria determined at POM Stabat PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong (LNK), namely, (job results), technical competence understanding tasks, management responsibilities, initiative creativity context work, flexibility cooperation (within divisions between divisions), discipline, commitment motivation, carrying out values “Kuala Lumpur Kepong” (integrity, loyalty, humility) late arrival will later be used as reference giving promotions position itself. developed with Python programming language. results application ANP into manual calculation process concluded same each process, so built deemed successful determining entitled increase promotion.
